Commercial & Industrial Ultraviolet Disinfection Solutions

Luminor Blackbomb 6.1

LUMINOR's BLACKCOMB 6.1 line of products incorporates a true 254nm discrete UV monitor to offer continuous monitoring.

Using Teflon technology for reduced fouling, these sensors allow for the addition of a solenoid shut-off valve and a 4-20mA output allowing for remote monitoring or data logging. A colour user interface allows for easy visual identification of UV intensity, remaining lamp life and any error or fault codes as well as a monitoring of a full system diagnostic on start-up. The system also incorporates QR codes to access lamp change information and videos via web access. The controller is a constant current electronic power source and is housed in a splash-proof case that comes standard with a “future- proof” expandability port for future upgrades or options.

Rugged 304 stainless steel, single-end reactors allow for lamp change without the need to drain the reactor chamber. Low pressure (LP) coated UV lamps are used offering a consistent output over their 9,000 hour rated life and come paired with LUMINOR's encrypted lamp key to protect against improper use.

Flow rates of 20, 40, 57 & 80 lpm (6, 10, 15 & 20 gpm), in both 120V or 230V applications, are offered in the BLACKCOMB 6.1 series of products. Also available in NSF Class B or NSF Class A.

BLACKCOMB-HO 6.1
High Output UV water treatment system

For higher flow rates, consider LUMINOR's BLACKCOMB-HO 6.1 line of "Residential Crossover" UV water treatment systems. Installed in a large residence or in a light commercial application, continuous UV water quality monitoring is provided by the inclusion of a true 254nm discrete UV monitor. Using Teflon technology for reduced fouling, these sensors allow for the addition of a solenoid shut-off valve and a 4-20mA output allowing for remote monitoring or data logging. A colour user interface allows for easy visual identification of UV intensity, remaining lamp life and any error or fault codes as well as a monitoring of a full system diagnostic on start- up. The system also incorporates QR codes to access lamp change information and videos via web access. The controller's universal input, constant current electronic power source is housed in a splash-proof case and comes standard with a "future-proof" expandability port for future upgrades or options.

Commercial grade axial flow 316L stainless steel, single-end reactors allow for lamp change without the need to drain the reactor chamber. Low pressure, high-output (LP-HO) coated UV lamps offer a consistent output over their 10,000 hour rated life and come paired with LUMINOR's encrypted lamp key technology to protect against improper use. Flow rates of 15, 38, 53, 95 & 150 lpm (5, 10, 15, 25 & 40 gpm), in both 120V or 230V applications (same UV ballast, different IEC power cord), are offered in the BLACKCOMB- HO 6.1 series of products.

Also available in NSF Class B or NSF Class A .
